Cancellation Policy

  • No Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations on Ready to Wear sarees, custom-made blouses, and other custom products.
  • Delay Issues: Occasionally, certain products may become overbooked, leading to potential delivery delays. Please reach out to our team for estimated delivery times before placing your order. Once booked, products cannot be canceled.

Return Policy

  • Exchange Policy: We offer a 3-day exchange policy for damaged items only. You have 10 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
  • Quality Perception: Returns or exchanges based on subjective perceptions of quality are not accepted.
  • Personal Preferences: No exchanges will be made due to personal preferences regarding the product.
  • Unpacking Video: A video of the unpacking process is required to initiate any complaints.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending back your package. Please note that items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue. Remember to film a video during unpacking to verify the product’s condition.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including custom products like Ready to Wear sarees, custom-made blouses, and luxury wear sarees (including special orders or personalized items). If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out.

Unfortunately, returns on sale items and gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges

For the quickest way to get the item you want, return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Refunds are available only for items that are out of stock. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
